Mangos

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy Mangos!

My dad did a little grocery shoping on his way home from work. He picked up some mangos, some mangos! Yay, I can not tell you how much I love mangos. I have been craving mangos all winter, and, finally MANGOS! Yippie. I am so so excited. I was literily smiling ear to ear. Oh man, oh man, they taste so good, so sweet, so delish. They are so yum.

Moving on,

Today, we had cross country. It was so much fun. Sarah and I ran without stoping. We ended at 12:20 and I still walked home for lunch. I should have stayed but, there was some cold vegan bean stew at home- with my name on it. Boy, was it good.

Stew

Oooh la la!

Today, we had cross country at lunch time. First, everyone did a quick jog around the school 3 times, then, stretches and after that we went for a 10 minute jog around the school. Sarah and I jogged together and Simi was cheering! Oh my it was intense. When we had the 10 minute round I was so out of breath it must of been so funny watching me gulp my oxygen down.

Later, our class had gym and did a 12 minute jog! Boy, did I feel amazing after that. I felt so rewarded, all the energy I got, was, AMAZING! Oh no, amazing 3 times sorry.

Moving on,

My mom made a vegetable stew (all vegan). It is so good and fills you right up. I was in the kitchen when she was making the stew, it was a blast, we sang along to the radio and were doing silly dances. It was so much fun.

It is raining again-Yippie! I love the Rain so much!

Talk to you later,

Chocolate chip cookies, milk and Rain...

Don't you just love the Rain?-maybe not. I love the rain though. I find it so comforting, looking out the window and know its cold out there and warm at home. I find rainy days are like my Hollywood days, you know when something so tragic happens in a movie and when the main character walks out side !BAM! life suddenly gets so much harder.

"Typing" of comfort the chocolate chip cookie wins the award for best comfort food in my book! My brother convinced me to make him some chocolate chip cookies (YUM). So, I did, and then I poured my self a huge glass of milk-yes real milk and I dunked a few cookies in.

This is so alarming because, I can not remember the last time I have had milk, I have had a little sour cream now and again but still, MILK. I was so shocked! In the end I realized those cookies dunked in some 2% is killer good but I do not think I would have drank any ( I did not drink any milk)!

Cross country started today, but forgetful me forgot to get the form signed. But tomorrow that piece of paper will be signed, maybe, if I remember (joking). I am really excited for cross country to start because I love exercise and I would love to develop in to a better runner. Presently I have difficulty concentrating while running...oops. I really should try running listening to the radio. Although its hard concentrating while running solo I think it would be so much easier running with a team...lots of things to think about while running with team mates.

Oh, I almost forgot! I found a new group that I love, the singers are two 17 year old singing with their guitar and amazing voices. Check out Megan and Liz on YouTube. They just blow your mind. They even met Oprah and Taylor Swift by singing on YouTube. Pretty impressive.

I guess Ill talk to you guys later K*rma

Doggie owners

This weekend my family and I were walking our dogs and this man asked if he could put his 5 month old baby on the 150 pound dog and take a picture, yes, he DID! I am sure this man did not know better, but when you ask a dog owner to let your little infant on there dog to take a PICTURE it does not press the right buttons, so I YELLED at him- just joking! Speaking of dogs the Lucy (the small dane) stepped on glass in the park and got cut 3 times! Yikes!!

My brother absolutly cracked me up, so
(my brother jumped into my dads arms)

Dad: Lu, I can't lift you
Cas: Yes you can... if you look like an angel (goes into singing a taylor swift song)

Math test tommorow, yippie(just joking)

Sorry,

KarMa

P.S sorry for the short post. ... g2g

Cookies

I think I need a personal weekend planner. I can' t seem to manage to organize and accomplish plans. Or can I? Dun, Dun, Dun, Dun. Well, I did attempt making cookies (crash, fire, burn, no the dog-lol). The recipe was amazing the last time I tried it and about impossible the second time I tried it, but I will soon try a third time and hope for better, hope.

OOhh. I did successfully make an amazing lunch. It was a tortia filled with quinola (tomato paste, onion, hummus), spinich, more hummus and salsa! It was so good and massive. I finished it in a second- yummy! Delightful, thanks OSG!

Crazy day, I went grocery shopping with my dad in record time! The dog got out. . . I have 2 danes who strike attention where ever they go, so we had a few neighbours looking at us (which was very entertaining). And, I walked to the mall - and boy was it beautiful out side! I am personally a rain girl, but the sunshine today is BEAUTIFUL! My dad, brother and mom painted the washroom a light almost white almost blue.

I just came back from a winter walk to the park, and burrr! It was also amazing but horribly chilly out side, YIKES! My legs were about to fall off. The dogs were not wearing jackets and they were fine. Also once we got to the park we saw another dane- which is so unusual! It was so much fun!

Is any one watching the game tonight??

Have an amazing day,

Karma

To many questions

AAh, for styes. Yes as you most likely imagined I have a big stye in my left eye. Ohhhh, not good it has been 2 weeks-I am going to stop talking about my personal health, NOW-sorry.

After school today my best friend came over-(Yayy). Lots of fun. We have decided we definitely want to take Yoga, Pilate's, and spinning class. Fun, fun, fun!

I have a test tomorrow, which adds some sort of pressure or uncertainty to the day. But, I think that in life we have so many tests and things we need to fail to see truth and the other side to things that I should not every worry-Life will go on.

I think I am going to try and start my plants this weekend...I may bake! Yes, I really should bake, there are some really great recipes I want to try! Maybe a banana muffin of some sort-yummy!

Today my friends and I danced out in front of our school, and will be doing that again in the near future. To a song I like to call La Vida???? ______???

Have you ever felt inspired to do something after you saw someone else do it??? It happens all the time for me- it's crazy. I really just laze around things and people and never actually notice incredible things. Simple little incredible things, I should notice-or, maybe not, maybe I notice things when they effect me? So, many questions.

I guess I better let you go,

Karma

p.s. I will try to blog tommorow!

I had a bunch of papers that I thought the blog world would enjoy but the scanner does not seem to be co operating tonight. But I will fix it soon...maybe, not.Haha. Someday.

Today I was thinking about how hard we think things are - we snowball things to be giant impossible projects that could never get done, let alone in 3 days. We need to focus on the bare facts not the fake outer layer of the project. Life goes on, you don't need to have everything done perfectly and flawlessly -add some colour make mistakes, fall, scrape your knee. Why not? Who's watching?

My 5 year education plan!

Ohh la la! My supper sweet parents just gave me a stack of amazing books-great for my book resolution, right? I will anounce my book list tommorrow (speaking/typing of books that new movie with miley cirus looks good, honestly I don't really have an opinion on her but...I think I would enjoy the book more then the moive, I guess I need to add that to the list).

I just came home from a high school open house (specificly.NTCI). Wow, the student population is massive! It was crazzy bussy-but I guess that just adds to the "atmosphere" right? The new school is going to be so amazing. The science teachers are so nice, but were not/recomending going to high school for five years-to get a more well rounded education. As much as I adore school once I have passed my corses hopefully in four years- I AM OUT of there! I have so many things I want to do but being in high school for an extra year really is not one of them (sorry.).

This weekend I hope to find some blogs to read...(the world is filled with 6 billion people and I am worried about not finding blogs to read, sheesh).

I think I will try to (half) prepare brekfast for tommorrow morning. I think that will make eating in the morning so much easier-I always forget!

My 20-10 Resolutions!

Opps.
Since I have barly come up with a 20-10 resolution- I have decided to turn back the clock... so as you so cleverly guessed I am making my NEW 20-10 resolutions (list). Yippie! How exciting? I am going to try to follow the rules and make a minimum of ten resolutions.

1.I am going to try and make some blogger friends. I find that a blog can be like a black hole everything goes-and honestly who knows where everything ends up- that analogy probly made no sence, sorry.
Attached to my first resolution I will be blogging much more! Keeping everyone up to date at all times. . . I hope. Well, I promise I will try my very best.

2. Exersize, I know how common and not-uniqe this resolution is but... lately I have been feeling like blah, not good. Some ways I hope to achive this resolution is
^Yoga-An awesome friend of mine (simi) use to do yoga and has bravely agreed to take yoga class with me. Yoga is something that really interests me and I have wanted to do for a while now. There are so many blogs recomending Yoga for billions of great reasons!
^Kick boxing- honestly I have really wanted to try kick boxing for years now, but NOW I am determined to try it. But, it is really hard to fing classes for my age group.
^Dance- I have always loved dance but, have been soo busy in the last couple of years that I have not tried it since... I am really interested in either Modern or Latin Dancing.

3.Friend Time, I have so many amazing friends that I usually only see at school, but that will change. This year I want to see my friends OUTSIDE of school... I have already started making plans!!!! I am so excited. I have always wanted to bring my friends on an adventure to one of my favourte parts of Toronto- Kensington Market. Aah!

4. Books, I am usually stuck in a book but lately I have not been reading!!! I know, and my friends so wonerfully provided me with some great material!

5.Healthy Exotic foods, I have this huge default I am very skeptical about trying odd healthy food. Currently I have wheat grass shots and hemp powder in the fridge-I am a little scared to try them acctualy.

6.Keep in touch, I have been very busy lately and have not been keeping in touch with friends living afar - horrible I know. But, I am determined to.

7.Garden, last year I tried to start a garden (but, I planted in mass quantities). This year I want to plant more conservetive. So, as soon as possible I will start planting my seeds.

8.Music, I want to widen the music I listen to. Probbly not into Country-I already listen to that;). Also I will not be listening to curently "in" music.

9.Volenteer, there are so many causes that need help and especialy so many people without basic nessesites in this world. I hope to help as many causes as possible.

10. Make Money, I think the time has come that I can make "mhu-lha-chay". I have some things in mind that I would love to perchase some day.

I hope you enjoy my list. And, I would love to see yours!
